    Chance that we will provide the training program and training chance for personnel of every department of the company .and they will be trained at a proper time . Such a series of training , will help to plan your future development.
    Annual training time is among 16~40 class hours generally
    Basical trainings include:
    (1)Staff' pre-job training: The content includes enterprise's development history , staff's manual , enterprise's basic rules and regulations.
    (2)Mount guard training: Every department will carry on the essential training on duty to the new employee (including the personnel shifted) according to the need of the post, after training ,they will be examined whether they are qualified to get on to the post independently .and their training will be writed down to submit to personnel department for record.
    (3)On-the-job training (train inside): According to the annual training plan of every department of the company ,we will carry on some fixed or irregular vocational trainings and theory (system ) study to study to the on-the-job staff. The training record and the examination will be submitted to personnel department for record.
    (4)Train outside: The company will arrange for the staff to participate in the collecting evidence study or to brother's enterprises or go abroad to study at some proper time .
    However, it is not limited to regular training to study. You will learn some very important skills in the Yatai textile conscientiously or unconsciously . These skills , whether you will stay in the Yatai textile in the future, will be destined to have a positive influence on the future of you.
    The company encourages staff to join some pointed training chance, learning, qualifying examination of society,etc according to one's own post’s actual need, we will give some corresponding facility in test time. If he or she succeeded in a special field of study and used by the Yatai textile,,we will give the treatment standard to carry out according to relevant posts .
